I spent years inside a kitchen manufacturing company before going out on my own — so I'm not critiquing your plan off a moodboard. I know what things actually cost, how they're built, and where "looks fine on paper" falls apart. Kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, wardrobes, joinery — all of it.
